"They make it impossible to get out from under their loan. I have been making double payments for a year and called to try to pay off the remaining balance of the loan only to find out that my balanced only decreased by $1000 when I have paid them 4k in one year. I originally borrowed $8100, they are telling me I owe them 14k?! But if I paid off today it would be $7083... I have PAID 4K IN ONE YEAR, and it has done nothing to my principal balance? They cant even tell me what the interest rate is. Joe says it changes throughout the length of the loan. Ummm what? How about you just let me pay off the remaining balance of $4100 today so this can be over with. Do not waste your time. You wont ever be able to get out from under them."
