"I have been a member at this bank for a VERY long time, way before it was acquired by Bank of Princeton. We have various accounts here both personal and business checkings. I have been happy at this bank UNTIL they hired a man that runs the drive-through teller. He is very rude, and does not have any customer service skills whatsoever. He doesn't greet you when you arrive, so you sit there just waiting. He will handle your business then not even say goodbye. When I ask questions, he is rude, and very short in his responses. One time he was very rude to me about a check and the date that was on it, when he realized it was his mistake, he didn't even apologize. Utter incompetence. You work at a bank, dealing with clients, you should have some sense of customer service. This makes me want to switch my bank across all my accounts. All the other workers at this bank are great, just the man that runs the drive through teller is rude, unfriendly, and incompetent."
