"I tried to open a savings account at the East Windsor branch at 4:40pm 20 minutes before they closed and was told sorry there is not enough time today to get a new customer. Come back another day. Chase has a bad reputation in my experience and this is a good example of the reason why. It should not take more than 20 minutes to open an account and if it does they could have stayed an extra 10 minutes to get a new customer. Now they have lost a customer."

I’ve had multiple problems in the past but what good does it do when they close at 5 pm when that is the time most people get out of work. how does that help them solve their problems? i came in at 4:30 one day and they wouldn’t take us because the 1 person working was busy doing things. then they wanted to make an appointment but they close at 5 and i usually work till 5. honestly ridiculous"

"I went there at around 1:00pm on Thursday 10/06/16 and wanted to get some help with adding a payee to my existing Chase account. I spoke with one lady who's sitting in the first cube to the right. I explained what I need and she said she couldn't help me and suggested me to call the 800 number. I told her that I already did and the Chase agent told me over the phone to come to a local branch. She repeated that she couldn't help me and insisted I should call the 800 number. I was looking in her eyes and knew what she said is totally false. I drove to another Chase branch and got the problem solved in 15 minutes. She reminded me of another Chase agent who complained multiple times when I was making a deposit over the counter. You should use the ATM machine outside, she said. After a few instances like that, I have gained enough knowledge to tell who can help and who are too lazy to do anything."
