"Finding this place within all the Cooper buildings here is challenging but once you know where you are going, it's fine. Just give yourself more time the 1st time! They do normally run a little behind here, but it's not too bad in comparison to some other drs. Patient rooms are pretty big and this building is handicap accessible. There is also ample parking in front of the building but depending on the time, it may be a little busier."

"Impossible to call and speak with someone at a specific office. All calls are routed through a call center. The people answering the phone have no clue. When I asked to be transferred to the actual office where I saw my doctor. I was told to call back on the same number but press option 6. Same result. Sent to a call center and the person wasn’t able to help me. She said she could cancel the appointment but wasn’t able to reschedule. Best she could do was send someone a message at tje office to have them call me back. All I’m trying to do is reschedule a test. Really bad customer service Cooper. I really like my cardiologist, but I think it’s time to switch to Capital Health System"

"Worst pcp to have. Dr Rosenburg does not take care of her patients. She stares at the computer the whole time. Doesn’t establish any routines. Then she will argue you up and down that nothing is wrong with you. She is very forgetful, she just likes to bill your insurance company."
