"I wish they had told me the policy that if you are a new patient and are even 1 minute late for your appointment they will cancel it. I was 2 minutes late and they refused to see me. I was late due to my dog having to be put down and having to find last minute childcare for my son because of it. I tried so hard to get to the appointment on time. I would have been by my dogs side today instead of scrambling to find childcare to make my appointment. I understand the necessity of keeping on schedule but I just wish they would have given me a heads up on the policy being they are unable to accommodate in the slightest for a new patient."

She is an excellent doctor, and as a physical therapist at Specialized Physical Therapy, I have heard only positive things about her from my patients. She listens to her patients, and they are clearly pleased with the level of care provided to them if they are raving to me about her! If you are looking for a new primary care physician, look no further!"

"We moved to NJ and we need a primary care physician. I had my first appointment with Dr. Rozenberg and she was absolutely amazing. The whole experience was better than any doctor I've been to. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I was quickly called back and the nurse who checked me was just as polite and friendly. I'm very happy that I chose this place and will continue to use them as my primary. Such a great experience!"

"The facility is nice and I love my doctor, but a customer service rep asked me to confirm the last 4 of my SSN in the waiting room with a bunch of other people around. You have my driver's license and my health insurance information, this should be enough to confirm my identity. This made me EXTREMELY unfomfortable. I'm not confrontational, so I didn't make a scene, but I have never had a primary care doctor ask this information of me, let alone in the middle of a busy office. I'm not sure if they are aware, but you can do alot with the last 4 of someone's SSN. Please change this policy."
