"They do decent enough work. Get ready to break out your check book though. The bill we were given was borderline robbery. Plus on top of that they left their trash everywhere. The installer was very professional and did good work like I said, but you might want to shop around before using these guys."

"Kenneth and his helpers were very knowledgeable and were prompt. They solved several plumbing issues and installed a new disposal and water heater. Isaiah was especially thoughtful in cleaning or thinking ahead to gather upcoming parts and tools when he wasn’t directly assisting Kenneth. They went the extra mile for us and charged a reasonable amount for their high quality work. I will call JRoarke again!"

"Hired to replace a water heater and they completely ruined brand new floors with MULTIPLE DEEP SCRATCHES. When I complained, they said the scratches should just wipe away. Several attempts were made to repair, but the scratches are too severe to fix. I am very disappointed in this companies response to their mistake."
