"This doctor has poisoned me with cocaine, pot, and Benadryl. Falsely diagnosed me for over 15years. I told him I felt like I was dieing in his care. I told him my medication was not working. I am getting sicker and sicker by the day. Eventually I had to stop working, because it got so bad. It was not just me having to stop working. I ended up living out of my car. I could not keep anything straight from the poisoning. I have severe anxiety, severe depression and PTSD from severe domestic violence. He refused to change my medication, and looked me straight in the face and told me no one would ever believe me, so get over it. He released me from his care finally I felt like I would get some kind of relief to get me life back, but he constantly keeps inserting himself in my care. He refuses to admit his wrong doing, so he doesn’t get sued. I am a single mother of 2 boys. He turned me into the worst version of myself and my boys had to witness this as well. Can’t work at this time. I am bedridden from all the poisoning. I told him I am still having panic attacks. My depression and anxiety are at an all time high and I started having stress seizers. Still refused to make changes. He started making medication concoctions of medicine and never told me. 15years in and still bed ridden. Still trying to get away permanently. I cant be the only one. He is the devil with a degree. Which is the scariest kind. Also working with a very illegal guardianship."
