"The tech was VERY cold and unfriendly. In fact, she was unkind. Would not recommend this facility for anyone who has any anxiety around blood work. Especially not for children. Honestly, this was the worst experience I have ever had with getting my bloodwork done, mostly due to how I was treated as a person. Also, I have a large bruise on my arm now, as she rejected my request to use a butterfly needle."

"I always make an appointment on the quest app and sign up for text messaging. Works well to check in on arrival. The personnel are always pleasant and professional. Every time I am there they are dealing with angry, impatient men that come in without appointments and curse at them. It is so disgusting that men speak to women like this. Last time a man even opened the door to laboratory and actually walked in to lab room while I was having blood drawn!"

"I was almost 10 minutes late for the last appointment of the day today and the tech still saw me. She was quick, efficient and courteous when she had every right to turn me away. None of these places are really that great but I drive a bit out of my way to go to this one."

"I went in for a drug screen and had a $25 past due balance that they said had to be paid right then or else they couldn't see me. Fine, whatever. For whatever reason, not only could they not accept CareCredit, the employees also had NO idea what it even was. You're in the health field and don't know what CareCredit is? One of the employees got short with me and insisted "they didn't know nothing about no Care Credit" when I tried to explain it was a card to be used for medical expenses. Absolutely will not come back to this location. Please educate your staff."

"I arrived before 2:30pm with paperwork my id and the urgency to use the bathroom for my drug screen, rudely told though the door and website say before 2:30, she stopped drug testing at 2:00pm and refused to take me. Called the main Quest customer service number and got a recording the team was in a meeting and they would be able to help after 6:00pm central time. I do not recommend Quest for any employer or lab work."
