Called a month ago to schedule 1st visit, nurse practitioner was available to see in 2 days, but Dr would be a month wait, we said okay to the wait, when the time came we were told it would be a 6 month wait to see her and our appointment was with the nurse practioner, she said sorry for the mix-up, whoever you spoke to was mistaken ..... You were who we spoke to! If that's how they treat people in crisis Forget it!"
"Well I've been seeing her for 2 years I thought she was great..I lost 2 loved ones in a 2 week period..I had a breakdown and you would think she would help me through it no she kicked me out her practice like i was nothing didnt supply me with my medication...I was so besides myself she knew exactly what I was going through and to do that to someone is wrong ...Kennedy health alliance is the worst practice you can ever go to...I cant even get a different doctor with in Kennedy health alliance...so and to top it off I thought I was on a sleeping medication no she put me on a psychotic medication for sleep...so I feel totally different towards this dr now and who ever goes to her or them please watch yourself because they say they are there to help you but there not they kick you out when you needed them the most...I'm glad I have a new doctor and now I'm getting the right help I need so thank you dr madrick for kicking me out you did me the biggest favor"
