"The key process was easy and straight forward but charging people to clean edges of there keys they get made it should do that automatically when getting keys made for the price we are already paying"

"Kinda confusing between what’s available in the machine vs what will be mailed to you. I needed keys that day, not whenever. They try to push more expensive keys and hide cheaper ones. They offer you a coupon when you try to cancel a session. Why not just lower the prices? Speaking of prices, this machine is very expensive (even after discounts) compared to other options. 3 stars because I ultimately got what I came for but way too expensive."

"Process was simple. Was not pleased with the extra little pieces of metal left on the keys. Will have to use a wire brush to clean them up. Also, not at all happy with the fact that I received the wrong key style. I should receive a refund for that key, since it was not thw one that I chose."
