"If I could do negative 5 stars, I would. I called to confirm work scheduled by someone else and was addressed by an woman with no listening skills at all. After repeating my reasons for calling - confirmation of work scheduled and license#- I was advised of this company's issues with a former employee as the reason for the miscommunication and irritability. The owner then advised of what was scheduled, what the city of Philadelphia does and when to expect them to begin. When I asked him for his license# and repeated what I already researched online-the # he confirmed expired 12/2018 and nothing on City of Philadelphia website, he told me "if you believe everything on the city's website you'll never get anything done". The woman who answered was heard asking him what was wrong and he replied in the background "He didn't have time to deal with know it alls". I explained I'm a homeowner and check everything I spend my $ on, good day... I Don't waste time or money but I got time, TODAY. It's too early in the year to pull me out of character. I'm a work in progress, it took Everything not to give what I got. I don't do business with people who aren't on my level. My momma ain't raise no fool."
