"Everyone has been great with my care. Alexa with physical therapy is very good. Dr Steven's is fantastic and would recommend him to anyone. The admissions process was great and she checked in on me everyday to see if I needed anything."

"Everyone was very nice and friendly. The Admissions Director Alysha was great and always checked up on me and brought me goodies all the time, Shakinah the DON always brought me coffee every morning. The Social worker Stephanie was great and always friendly. The rehab staff was great and rehabbed me back to health. My nurse La Chia was always friendly and funny joked with me alot I would recommend this place to anyone."

"The worst. I wouldn’t send my dog there. My husband went in there end of February. I fought with that place for 3 months. My husband had Dementia and was sent there so the could teach him to walk again. He was standing with my help. After going there he couldn’t even do that any more. They can say what they want but I know they did nothing. I was told that by someone. I would come in and he would be sitting in a soak diaper. It would take me yelling at the to get him changed. When they took him out of the wheelchair there was a puddle. I blame them for his death. He came home 6/06/24 and passed 6/27/2. He couldn’t do anything by the tim they sent him home. The kitchen was even worst. I wouldn’t feed my worst enemy that slop as my husband called it. I’m getting bills out the window because this place took him of of his secondary insurance and put him on Medicaid. I call today July 24, 2024 and they tell me they never put him on Medicaid. They do nothing but lie. This place needs to be shut down."

"The enthusiasm of whole facility helps us to learn more and enjoy our rehab stay. They worked me both mentally and physically, sometimes without realizing. Danielle, Amy, Alyssa, Alexa, Chelsea and the weekend boys helped me be well prepared to accomplish safety and my goals. Rosa my aide and Jen the unit nurse were very caring and attentive to my needs."

"The worst. I called and the police twice in 1 night when I was there. No respect. Won't let you sleep. They give you junk food and soda while you're recoopiing from surgery. Rude. Laying in my own "soil" for 5 hours. Yes 5 hours. They said because of a shift change.There's other things that happened to me there that I won't share on the Internet with strangers, but please trust me. Do not go there or send your loved ones there. It's a nightmare"
