Quest Diagnostics

"I have never had issues with Quest diagnostics before. However, today I arrived for a 2:40pm appointment. After waiting until 2:45, I was told that my doctor's name was incorrect on the form and they could not. I promptly called my doctor and when I walked back in at 2:50pm, the phlebotomist would not let me back in since they close at 3:00. I now may not be able to make another appointment for a few weeks due to my work and their available time slots. I do understand them wanting to leave work on time but there was still plenty of time to perform my appointment, and no need for the phlebotomist to act as rude as she did."

"I went to Quest in Cinnaminson NJ and they did a GREAT JOB!!! The young lady was so nice and friendly and really did a great job talking my blood, I wish I had her name to put on here! I had no wait at all and the girl went above and beyond in helping me. I made a mistake with my insurance and she made a call and remedied the situation perfectly."

"Ok, I highly dislike getting blood drawn, but this place? The best! Barely felt the pinch and fast too! Just make an appointment and bam! Your in and out! Major credit to the staff, definitely coming back for my next draw!!!!!!!!"

"I had an appointment for a drug test at 10am today. I was in and out in 20 minutes! It was such a short wait and the staff was AMAZING! Lydiah, hopefully I am spelling her name write, was so kind to me; I am super satisfied with my visit. Do NOT go to LabCorp, come to Quest!!"

"My husband came home and told me his appointment was at 8:00 and he was not waited on until after 9:00 even thought there were only 2 people in the waiting area. He had to fast for the test and said he is going to look for another quest. My appointment a few weeks before my husband was no better. I signed in and the woman at the desk said that I had to have the Dr. send over the script. They sent it immediately...But as I sat and waited the woman just kept walking around and not checking the fax. I knew it had already came over. So I went to the window again and said is anyone here! Finally she came back and saw the fax. The phlebotomist was excellent what a great personality. She was in the service. I forget her name but again wonderful person."
