"Dr Doner has been my doctor since birth. He is thorough and caring. I see dr Yana most times since doner has changed his schedule and she’s professional. I love the staff’s sense of humor. They have always been considerate to me."
"I am and have been a patient of doctor donor for ove 10 YEARS. 2 times in 2 years when I called to be seen, I was assigned to a different physician because donor was unavailable. Today I called to get an appointment and was told I am now a patient of that doctor and because she left they wont help mme.the woman who called me actually YELLED AT ME!! I didnt choose to be seen by the woman doctor, I didnt even like her, she was the only one available the TWO times I was sick!! Do not use this office!"
"I have seen Dr. Yana and Dr. Zemble. I finally changed to Dr. Doner who is THE BEST! He is kind, knowledgeable and has (by far) the best bedside manners compared to any doctor I've ever seen."
"I have been a patient of this place for over ten years and have recently undergone the worst experience I have ever had. I called in regarding a prescription and was then told that they could not help me as I wad no longer a patient, I asked what they meant by that and they replied that I transferred out back in March. I explained that I never transferred my chart out of the office and that I wanted this situation resolved immediately. Without going into full detail I was placed on the phone with Cheryl the Manager - with whom was the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken with. After arguing with her and her basically calling me a liar and telling me that I never received the medication that I was asking for and that there wasn't anything in my chart showing such(not sure how they could know this when they said they transferred my chart out). I asked Cheryl to call the Pharmacy to confirm that I was given this medication. I asked her if she needed my information and she said "NO, I Know exactly who you are" I said that's odd because I don't know who you are. I received a call back from her telling me that the pharmacy did not have a prescription on hand for me nor did he ever call me and I then proceeded to tell her that I wanted to speak with Dr. Yana - well she insisted that Dr Zemble was my Dr. I continued to argue with her over this as this whole ordeal and lack of professionalism became more intolerable. I then called the pharmacy and spoke with the Pharmacist whom then figured out that Cheryl did not call my information in but another patient (but yet she knew who I was). After over an hour of arguing it turns out that the Pharmacist had my info as he tried calling the office 2 months ago about my prescription as he could not understand the writing but never received a call back. Instead of Cheryl getting on the phone to apologize to me they put Courtney on the phone to apologize for the mix up. Poor Courtney had nothing to do with this mess and they make her do the apologizing. This is just a very short version of what took place and my frustration to the point that I am transferring out of this office and let me give you a warning if you care calling for a sick appointment you will be told to call back; if you need a physical plan on waiting 2 months to get one. I am not sure what happened to this establishment but it sure seem to be going down hill quick. FYI - I reported this problem to ARIA Torresdale Patient complaint department and stated they would follow up on the complaint. They must have spoken with someone because I received a call back from Cheryl who was trying to apologize for what she chose to call a miscommunication."
