"Eileen was able to process my applications and payments efficiently the first two years of having her as my insurance agent for an E&O policy. However, this year she has not provided me with the same level of service that she had before. During my annual renewal period in June 2021, her response was very slow and it seemed deliberate because I would email her my information for renewal, but she would not respond in a timely basis. I would follow-up by calling her directly for updates and she would act as if she wasn't aware of my email communications. Just today, I received a letter from Travelers notifying me that my policy would be cancelled at the end of Oct 2021 due to non-payment of my premiums. I sent my full premium payment to Eileen back in June when I renewed my policy and do not know what happened on her end. I contacted her immediately to resolve this problem, and will update this review to include her response and resolution to this dilemma."
