"I will be sueing you Honda financial unless this matter is addressed and removed from my credit report. Otherwise expect a call from my lawyer next week. This company performs a contract exhilaration which by law from speaking with a lawyer is ILLEGAL! My new checking account information was on my account and set up and was told after making a payment through the phone that it will then automatically get taken out of the new account number. My last payment was less than 90 days ago and I wasn't informed about this until I got a credit report with Honda financial saying derogatory. I called to find out about that as my account has been closed that my car is either to be surrendered/repossessed. After speaking with a lawyer legally they can not do this. For a car to be repossessed it must be 120 days without payments. If Honda financial says otherwise to you I advise you to consult with a lawyer in regards to their unethical service."

"Honda Financial Services are absolutely the worst company and people to deal with. Their employees are rude and are pathological liars. They deliberately lied to me about deferred payments, etc….. They recently repossessed my vehicle and claimed they did not receive payments for over 90 days. I notified them this was an error and produced payment receipts showing the payments to them. They said it didn’t matter, they took the vehicle to sell it or I could refinance the vehicle and buy it for $25,000 even though I only owe $3450.00 on the lease. They are extortionists and criminals-FACT!"

"Just terrible. Unsympathetic and blatantly laughed at my friend’s situation. Wouldn’t recommend them EVER. I can’t wait until her car is paid off so she never have to experience speaking with them again. Seems to me like they’re managed by bullies. I spoke with the rep named Patria and she’s the absolute worst. She should be fired for how unprofessional she is.. we all go through tough times, no one should be laughed at or belittled for their circumstances. This leads me to question their training requirements because her behavior was downright despicable. My friend has been inconsolable due to their exchange, she should be fired. If I could give them zero stars I would, do not lease with this company. STEER CLEAR!!!!"

"Sara that I spoke to on the phone was so amazing, sweet, and helpful. Handled my issues I was having with my insurance company very quickly. Very nice woman and I kept calling back for updates and every time she was fantastic and very comforting to me. She knew I was upset and did such an amazing job helping me. God bless her I would have went crazy today if it weren’t for her helping me as much as she did!!!"
