"I just needed an emergency prescription filled for traveling and they left me out to dry over the weekend because all the staff leaves the office at 12:30pm on Friday (or pretty much whenever they feel like everyday). Burstein himself also makes weird brackish comments about your physical appearance or health. If your health is a concern beyond checkups and routine stuff find a different doctor’s office."

"According to Humana Tricare, this doctor was listed in the network, when I spoke to the secretary. The secretary never heard of Humana Tricare. She promised to call back the next business day, never heard from her again, it has been three days. I'm glad there are other doctors under Humana Tricare that are willing to help out a military soldier."

"This place is a joke. They were trying to force me to get a covid test before my appointment because I went on vacation out of the country, however my appointment was scheduled over 14 days after my return. I asked if I can schedule at a later date, they said I can NEVER come back until I get a covid test. I never heard of a Dr office refusing to see a patient."

"I have been using Dr. Burstein for 40 years. When I read some of the negative reviews about waiting a little bit, or the staff is not friendly let me give you my story. I am 42 when I was 13 years old I started having severe pain in my stomach. After a few hours my parents took me to Nazareth hospital where the doctors couldn’t diagnose me correctly. After 6 hours of being shot up with demarol and other pain killers (at 13 years old) the pain was unbearable. My father and mother called in Dr. Burstein. Upon arrival in less than 3 minutes the man pushed on my stomach, realized I had appendicitis, rushed me to emergency surgery, and probably saved my life. There is NO OTHER DOCTOR my family or I will ever use! So if you have to wait a few minutes, so what, stop complaining and shut up. Hope this helps in making the right decision on using his services."

"I have been here for years. Good doctors but each time you come to appointment you have to wait more than half hour to get call in. The wait is ridicules. Other than that it's a good place. I Wish they organize how they schedule people accordingly instead having clients wait more than 45 minutes to hour to see a doctor. I'm writing this review while I wait to be seen lol ( waiting more than 45 minutes and still didn't get call)"
