"My first time at Dr. Brewer’s office and I loved it. The front desk staff was friendly and greeted me as I walked in. I was highly impressed with the updated technology that I got to use for the first time. What stood out the most to me was the Dr. pulling up my eye images and explaining to me what she looked at to make sure my eyes were good. No Dr. has ever did that before, so it was very much appreciated.I will definitely be back!"

"I have been nearsighted for more than 5 years. I have been to a professional eye doctor before. Since the appointment time for professional eye doctor is very long, I came here. This is my first time to check and test my eyes in a store that sells glasses. First of all, the equipment here is very advanced. They will check your eye pressure and fundus condition. The doctor and the doctor's assistant will explain your eye condition to you very patiently. They are not in a hurry. This is much better than I expected. The eye examination costs $138 without insurance. My language communication is not very good. The most I heard was that they told me it's okay, don't worry. They are very patient. The only thing I am not sure is whether they sterilize these instruments. Everything else is perfect."

"I have been a patient at this office for over ten years. However, since the office moved to a new location, I have noticed that the newer staff members are not very friendly towards patients. Moreover, they provided me with incorrect information regarding my vision coverage. Unfortunately, I have decided that I cannot continue being a patient here. I have a suggestion for the management - please train your staff to show empathy and kindness towards patients. It can greatly improve the patient experience. If the front staff had been more caring and friendly, my daughter and I would still be patients there. The front staff represents the face of the business."
