"Terrible Receptionist / Supervisor Olga. The fact that she still has a job there is terrible. As you can see from the many other reviews. She goes back and forth instead of trying to help patients. I called for a referral for one of your patients and I was put hold for over 20 minutes and then put on hold again. The sad part the only person you are hurting are your patients. You should be ashamed of yourself Dr. B for having such a rude employee and supervisor at that. I promise you no one is ever worth your reputation she is terrible and needs to go. Plenty of other nicer and professional people available. If you need a referral pleasssse don't go here. Staff is terrible and unprofessional."

"Very rude Russian speaking receptionist, always has an attitude on the phone and in person. Called for a referral for my mother and left two separate voicemails on two separate weeks for a referral per the automated system. No response, hospital didn’t get a referral from them either. Two days before appointment ended up calling to check up on it, was told rudely what referral am I talking about if my mom hasn’t been there for a while, then why have an automated system that says leave a message for a referral? You guys know she needs to come in for a visit before she can get the referral and after two voicemails you can’t even call back to tell me that? Overall seem to not care about patients unless it’s their beauty practice ones."

"I have had Dr. B as my doctor for over 2 decades and her acts of kindness, knowledge, and medical professionalism are unmatched. When I am not feeling well, she does not waste time and asks all the right probing questions that are necessary in finding the root cause so that the correct treatment can be prescribed right away. On top of that, she has a great soul, is approachable, and soft spoken in not just 1 but THREE different languages (English, Russian, Greek). No need to seek others, she is THE BEST there is out there."
