"I have been trying to get " do not copy" key made for a few weeks now but once I was connected to Alen Security my task was over! I'm not sure of the 1st person name I connected with but she took down all my information and Frank called me the next day as she said. He got a picture of my keys and the number and called me back the same day. Once he called me back, he told me Doug would be available the next day at the office. Frank was absolutely right. I brought the key and everything was handled within 15 mins the most. Thank you for such quick and amazing service :)"

"This company is absolute garbage to deal with and this goes all the way to the owner, Ken. I don’t know how they have been in business for 50 years. Their employees either don’t communicate or stop communicating. Getting someone to reply to an e-mail, call back or simply plan onsite visits accordingly is like getting child support from a deadbeat Dad. Their name, ‘ALEN’ is an acronym and it’s a joke! They don’t live up to any of it. The only department who does communicate is their billing department. They sure do expect their money. Do yourself a favor and keep scrolling."
