"The police called Circle Automotive to tow my vehicle yesterday. I was generally satisfied with the handing of the car but there are several improvements the lot could make to make the customer experience better when they arrive to retrieve the vehicle. Reason to reduce one star - the lot is very confusing. Apparently they repair trucks and is also a U-Haul facility. There's no set place for cars to be parked. My car was sandwiched between a couple of trucks and it was virtually impossible to retrieve it. An employee attending around the grounds trying his best to find it but couldn't. I finally spotted it. Reason to reduce another star - there was a U-Haul moving van parked right in front of me and being battery charged. I had to call upon another employee to remove the van in front of me so that I could move out. Overall if you're taking my money help me out in finding my car too and don't leave it up to me to remove obstructing vehicles in front of it."
