"Horrible! No one can ever accept accountability for staff communication negligence. My brother had a stroke in Jan, never once was well enough to be discharged to come home. When he finally got a bed at this Hell hole he was never given one day of therapy due to infections that required him to go to the hospital emergency room at Nazareth. ALL of his medical paperwork explained that he is NOT to be sent anywhere except Nazareth in case of an emergency or any other inpatient hospital need. Thirty days after his admission here, which he had only spent 10 of those 30 days since he had to be hospitalized….and absolutely no therapy or attempted therapy of those 10 days was given, he suddenly pulls out his dialysis port 30 minutes before his dialysis treatment would’ve been over??? Hmmm…and where did this place tell the ambulance service to send him? Freaking Einstein Hospital!!! Nazareth is 2 blocks or so away but in a potentially fatal bleeding emergency this place let the EMT and Paramedic know that he should be taken to Einstein. When they gave us this information they also informed us that his 30 days was over and he would NOT be welcome back. Absolutely no empathy, compassion or bedside manner for families or patients. They never even called to let us know how or where we could pick up his belongings. Since he’s a very serious and special case insurance approved another 30 days for him to be readmitted here. When anyone calls to get any answers to any questions we’re shuffled around from one person who know nothing to the next and to eventually the person in charge of this place who also doesn’t know anything or have any answers."
