"Horrible office staff. The way they carry their professional business is through directive ordering. Not only do they don't take the time to properly explain the issue or process, they are very rude and condescending making comments such as "if you're not in the field you won't understand so don't worry. " Well excuse me, it's exactly the fact that I'm not in the field which is why I'm seeking your expertise and its your job to care for your patience with some compassion. If your office staff is not capable of that, get some new staff who cares about their job and people. It shouldn't take 5 phone calls to send a referral properly and I cant imagine how your staff would go so far as to arguing with other medical provider when they're wrong. Simply incompetent."
