I have been calling this office for the past 2 months trying to get my medical records released and each time she comes up with another excuse as to why she can't give it to me. He took his time explaining my medical needs and we worked together. I always get greeted with a smile by the secretary and she always asks how I am feeling, how my family is doing and if I would like some coffee! My whole family goes to Dr. Malz as well as my extend family. I have never been to a practice that were more personable and family orientated. They really care about you and want to make sure I get the best medical attention!"

"Worst experience ever front nurse was overly nasty and somewhat racist because I never told her my name while talking to her but she knew I was the "the young black girl" and she acted like something was wrong with me when I wanted to change p.c.p.'s. She verbally attacked me and I plan on complaining to the state board. It made me so uncomfortable but I shall not let this go. #alreadycalledmylawyer"
