It is sadly that the employee at the office are very terrible it takes me hours to get someone on the phone. They need new staffs to care about the well being of patients or at least pretend to care and listen on solving patients issues."

"My family has been seeing Dr. Hoelein for generations, XD haha, old timer doc. My Mother has had him as a primary doctor until her passing away. My big sister had him as a primary until she passed away. and I plan on staying with him for as long as I can as well. Doctor Kenneth Hoellein is a very kind, caring, and also very busy man. He works day in, and day out seeing Patients and Clients, assessing people and even taking time out of his own life to visit his patients when they are in the hospital. Like he has done for me many time. What allot of people don't understand is that Doc has Hundreds, if not pushing THOUSANDS of Clients/Patents that he NEEDS to see EVERY weekday, now excluding fridays. He has a small-tiny little office building, and (Olney) so many people he can be seen in a day. He tries to see everyone as fast as he can to get to the next person. My only complaint is how hard it is to get an appointment on time. That has nothing to do with Doc, like I said Doc is a very caring person. If and/or when Doctor Hoellein retires, I have no idea what i'll do. There will never be a Doctor as great as him. He has been with me for Literally most of my life, as well as my Mom and sisters. He knows how hard it was for me to lose them because they saw him as family and he saw the same. Thank you for everything doc."

"Dr. Hoellein is a good doctor but his staff is horrible. I had a 1145am appointment yesterday and at 230pm I was told it would be at least another hour and a half. I had to leave because I have to pick my kids up at 3pm. Now today I had a 9am appointment and it's 10pm and I'm still not even seen. After today I'm changing my primary. I hate to but this wait and the rude staff is unacceptable."
