"When you have 10-15 minutes to kill in the drive thru teller lanes (the only car mind you the whole time) for a simple, single check deposit, so you leave a 1 star review. Still waiting...."

"I had a very difficult time using the drive in ATM. It was difficult for me to transfer money from an alternate bank’s debit card into my Santander bank’s checking account. I did not want to delay the money deposit and went into the bank to request assistance. The person who assisted me was The manager, Tina. She was rude , demeaning and condescending. She talked to me like I was unintelligent. “I have a Masters Degree “. The tellers in the bank were wonderful sweet and actually funny. That is the only reason I am giving this bank a 2 star. This woman obviously hates her job. She does not have the social skills to relate to the public. I have been banking with this bank for 40 years long before it merged into what is Santander. This was an awful experience!"
