"Everything seemed to be just right for me but i have switched banks in only 4 short months. My debit card was declined on two separate occasions with plenty of money in the account for use. The first time i was told a change needed to be made on my account and they apologized for the issue. The second time I was told it must have been the store i was at (even though another credit card went through fine) because they had no issues with the system. The 800# on the back of the card stated "our systems are experiencing errors.. etc" but yet they still did not take ownership of the problem. Shame, could have been a good place to bank."
