Not only was it filled out incorrectly and incomplete, it had white out as well as sloppy handwriting and incorrect spelling when it came to her diagnosis. I literally laughed. The most ghetto clinic I had ever visited. Please do not go here, especially if you have a sickly relative who needs home care. They have NO clue what they are doing. Not to mention the 3 HOUR wait I had just for my mother paperwork."

"Called about certification for a medical marijuana card on a Friday and was told to call Monday. Called back on Monday and was told to call Wednesday. Called on Wednesday and was told they don't "really do" medical marijuana. Never been to the place but just to be put around a loop and have my time wasted was enough."

"The service is horrible. They give ten people the same appointment time. If you come in for your appointment on time you have to sit and wait all day before you're called back. Say you have an appointment at 12:30pm you will being sitting in the waiting room till like 6:00pm. It is rediculous. Dont get me start on the staff they are ridiculously rude. They called like 2 people an hour. Someone needs to report these people. They give people prescriptions even if they dont need it. You wait in the waiting room for 6 hours then see the doctor for like ten minutes just to come back to the waiting room and wait an hour just for paper work."
