"This review is based on my intake on August 5th, 2024..I am so grateful for the Emergency team at temple hospital. What they did for my children and I was so amazing. They absolutely went above and beyond to make my children feel safe, comfortable, & happy while I was there. The one thing I regret was not getting the name of everyone who was so kind to my children as I was not really feeling well and not in my right mind. However they know who they are! Thank you again for all the amazing things you all did for my children, we will never forget..It truly meant the world to us!!"
"A horrible experience in this hospital a really disgusting service first when taking my mom because she wasn’t feeling well and she was shaking when getting registered a bad attitude from the guy who was there and then she has been waiting for more that 6 hours on the waiting room like what is that? Isn’t an emergency? Never coming back to this hospital at all"
"This hospital is by far the worst hospital I been to in Philadelphia even K&A shows more compassion it got to the point were I asked for the supervisor she had black hair long I came here with my child cause we’re both sick fever and all all they did for me was take an X-ray and then sent me back out in waiting room nothing else was done even tho my records show I’m battling sarcoidosis I don’t feel they take u seriously as far as my child we signed in together but wen they seen me they took him out the system and one of the registration people said so and then wen I questioned the supervisor (mind u so many people came after us) she lied to my face even after registration said they took my son out the system then the supervisor said o we got to deal with trauma 1st hello my son is trauma or I wouldn’t be here no apologies a lot of rolling the eyes the staff in the emergency room sucks real bad I came in at 10am and still sitting and it’s goin on 3pm my son is to the point he’s cryin!! We done seen shift change and all this is crazy, staff is rude and ignorant!! By the way it’s been 2 days that my son neck has been in pain I told them his arm is numb and they said he had to wait!! Smh this is the worst!!!! If u don’t like ur job u shouldn’t work in that environment because the way we was treated was insane!!!"
"terrible experience. 4 hrs so far in waiting room and half the people here have been here longer than I have. watched a pregnant woman shake in her chair for five hours crying because her baby wasn’t moving. she had to leave after five hours and get transferred to another hospital because nobody called her back or helped her. staff is rude, ignorant, and unhelpful. this place sucks. choose any other emergency room please."
"This ER needs better management immediately. My mother was admitted via ambulance just to be sent to the waiting room, was “seen” by apathetic staff, and they refused to administer pain medication. The waiting room was filthy and other patients were waiting so long they were sleep! I saw someone throw up on the floor and staff didn’t blink an eye, and a staff member slightly kicked a patient while rudely yelling his last name. We left and went to Jefferson Er which was a totally different experience. Working in healthcare means being there for patients. Every person in this room deserves respect and empathy because they’re human, and if you guys don’t see them as such then you should evaluate what career path you chose to pursue."
