"If I could give less than 1 star I would. The wait time here is unacceptable. The long wait time has been going on well before COVID 19. They are never open on times they are suppose to be open. I’ve questioned that on numerous times. Also, this doctor serves mostly low income people who get their insurance from the state due to being disabled or elderly. The doctor charges about $30 per form that that patients needs filled out. She probably doesn’t get taxes taken out for that. She is a fraud. She is pocketing money and stealing from poor people. I will do everything in my power to make sure she is investigated. Unless she wishes to address these issues and put a plan in action I will be making phone calls."

"I had an appointment set for 8 a.m. today, got to the office at 7:30 a.m. waited in 29 degrees weather as a new patient outside for my physical for 45 minutes. I even came fasting in case I needed any fasting blood drawn. As a Navy Veteran, who suffers from PTSD, anxiety, and also work in a Dr's office as a patient registrar myself this is very, very disappointing. 45 minutes I've waited outside in the cold, called the other office and the kind operator said they open at 9 a.m. on Saturdays I called at 9 a.m. several times to still hear the recording stating they're closed, passed by the office again close to 10 a.m. and it was still closed. I only made this appointment due to the recommendations I've gotten from my Mother for this Dr. But from what I hear about the office staff and what I've encountered today, never mind that. I do not recommend nor wish what I went through today to no one."

"My sister Lydia Jimenez Rojas had an appointment yesterday for 11am and left the office at 6 pm. it is insane and uncalled for. do they think she dont have better things to do than wait for over 6 hours to be seen by the doctor. this makes me sick!"
