"Worst experience ever. Never saw the doctor . Had issues sending my blood work to another office. The first visit went fine with the the blood work and I liked the assistant. The forms to fill out were bad copies, could not read some of the questions. The second visit was horrible, the other assistant was unprofessional. I asked her for a definite time to come in early. A lot of confusion office is old, sink was cracking. I left after waiting over an hour. I wasted so much time trying this new doctor. Constant back and forth on the phone, leaving messages. What a nightmare. Totally unprofessional"

"I’ve been a patient for 5+ yrs. The wait time time has decreased over the past 2 yrs which helps my schedule. The office staff have become more knowledgeable in that time as well. I stay with Dr. Louis-Charles because few doctors take the time to talk. Explaining everything so you understand and give options and recommendations. She is an excellent physician, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. Worth the wait"

"I've been a patient of Dr. Louis Charles for more than 14 years. She is the best doctor I've ever had. In times when most doctors spent no more than 10 minutes with you, Dr. Louis-Charles will dedicate, at least 45 minutes to see what is your problem. That can lead to some waiting time longer than usual (as stated in other reviews), but it is worth considering the high quality of care that you get. Highly recommended+++"

"I've never met a more incompetent and unorganized staff. My first visit I waited an hour just to receive paperwork to fill out (there was only one other person in the waiting room) and then another hour and a half just to receive a blood draw. When I did finally go back with the nurse, she struggled to be able to read the charts stating she had left her glasses at home! (And this is the woman who was supposed to insert a needle into my vein). After the draw, I ended up with a pretty sever bruse, most likely because she couldn't see properly. I also never received a confirmation call for my follow up. When I decided to switch doctors, I was told conflicting information on how to get my records transferred resulting in me taking an unnecessary trip to the office. My new doctor also attempted to gain the records from them, but the staff either didn't answer the phone or didn't return the calls. I admit, I never got to see Dr. Louis-charles, but the fact that she has handwritten notes in her office threatening to dock employees pay if they are found not doing work, while at work, is definitely a sign as to how the rest of her staff operates."
