"If I could give this place a zero I would. My attorney called and got me an appointment scheduled for today at 4 pm. I went yesterday to pick up my paperwork. Today I arrived at 3:50pm for the front desk lady to tell me “ Two people came in for walk ins and the doctor can’t see you”. I said to the lady didn’t schedule me yesterday when my lawyer called you? She said to me yea but the walk ins came first. This is a very unprofessional business and the lady at the front desk should be fired ASAP. I told her I work and she said well come tomorrow at 4 Pm. What a waist of time and the lady the front desk your a looser."

"It's frustrating to know that you arrive on time for a scheduled appointment and are NEVER seen on time or even within 15 minutes grace period that we sit waiting. Then when asked we get some front desk staff with attitudes as if we dis I feel that the front desk staff should not overbook the practitioners. The front desk staff says the office doesn't start services until 9am but all the times I have been coming the physical therapy services and staff in that area are NOT on time either."

I was suffering from mental illness, depression, and had a suicidal spirit, this Doctor ministered to me prayed for me in his office and declared the word of the Lord over my life, and what’s so amazing is I wasn’t even his patient at the time my mother was but he took the time to speak to me. This man love people and he cares about what they’re going through. God used this man to save my life. I’m forever grateful. Doctor Bowden and staff keep doing what you’re doing God sees the labor of love. Thank you."

"I've been coming here for years and have never had a good experience with the front desk. I'm at the front window receptionist on a private call looking at me as though I did something wrong. There's always a problem with scheduling, and phone services. I wish Dr. Bowman puts some cameras in the front office so he can see how his patients are being treated. Waiting hours to be seen. It's a mess. I work at Dr's office never have I seen unprofessional staff like this. The Dr not here at my scheduled time of appointment."

"This place maybe very busy but they get the job done. She is a big help and very knowledgeable. Always speaking and have a smile on her face. The staff at the front desk can use some customer service skills they all seem so angry but I can understand working with the public. The ladies in the back for therapy are so nice and friendly. Made me comfortable."
