"This bank is terrible. They are so incompetent and so difficult to deal with. They act like they’re doing you a favor even though you’re the customer. I’ve now had multiple bad experiences with them. People in this town are very successful and they are exchanging a lot of money and doing business at a very high-level and this bank is not keeping up with it."
