"BEST PT experience I have ever had. I was with another PT for about a year and a half with little to no results before turning to MTM. Malti took me under her arm, listened to the issue I was having and my goals of returning back to my sport and ran with me. When I got there I was afraid of my knee, thinking way too much about it, and had constant flareups. Now, it has been weeks without a flare up, I have doing heavy lifts, agility and exercises without a brace on for the first time since my injury and I couldn't be more thankful. I'd recommend this place and ANY of their PTs any day of the week. You definitely wont regret it."

"I’ve been lifting weights for about 15 years. I’ve had injuries and seen a lot of physical therapists in my time. Nick is one of the best. It can be hard to find a PT who knows how to treat athletes in the best way possible, but Nick is a lifter/athlete himself and knows his stuff. I came in to see Nick because I was getting pain in specific areas in my knees and legs. My experience told me that an injury was imminent. Nick came up with a plan to treat my pain and prevent the injury that would have happened had I not gone to see him. "A few months ago, I decided I would like to pursue a goal to compete in a weightlifting competition. I set out to find a fitness professional that could tailor workout plans, as well as have 1 on 1 sessions with me in person a few times a month. I found Nick and his team on an Instagram Ad and could not recommend them enough. Nick works with me on technique and power, and has already boosted my numbers way up in terms of what I am able to lift. He is knowledgeable on proper forms, as well as how to keep you safe from injury. His online programming is easy to follow and he provides videos to go with each workout in the event you are unfamiliar with the movement. The facility is very nice and well kept, there is plenty of free street parking nearby if you need to drive. Definitely recommend this avenue to anyone who is interested!"
