"Love the therapist my son is seeing. But other than that it’s extremely unprofessional!!! In a middle of a therapy session, “SECURITY” interrupted to let my son therapist know that if it’s not family therapy that includes all the members, no one else can be outside in THE WAITING AREA, waiting! My husband was outside with my 10 year old daughter and 3 year old son. I definitely kept my composure because my son was in the room but I felt bad/angry although I was fully aware it was an indirect specifically towards MY FAMILY! I don’t like to cause a scene but in all seriousness, they need better security with better people skills, work ethics, and professionalism. My husband also left the building because of this incident. We are now considering searching for a new place for my son to get the help he needs because of this horrible incident we experienced. His therapist is awesome, however everyone there also makes you feel uncomfortable and it’s not a welcoming place. Not a friendly environment!"
