"Front desk staff is terrible. No one picks up calls ever in their office and it always goes on voice messages. Good luck getting a call back from them despite leaving messages. Very difficult to reach the doctor as there is no direct line of conversation to her and every time you have to go through the front desk staff for any queries or billing issues. They are not at all helpful when it comes to solving billing mistakes from their office. Despite repeated calls to them where I left multiple messages to talk to the doctor, there has been no call from their side helping me solve the issue. Doctor is great though, but front desk staff is terrible and i would not recommend it to anyone until the front desk staff is trained properly and have a better understanding of how to handle patients."

"The office does not attend the calls, always directed to a voice mail box. One should be lucky to have the appointment scheduled here. I wonder if someone will check the reviews and take some action to improve the service. This review is for administrators only. Doctor is best."

"Doctor is good and empathetic. However the front office and billing dept are not co-operative. They sent two blood test order for my wife and I got 2 invoices for same blood test for same date. While raising this issue with doctor's office, they did not care to resolve or even call us for an update. Eventually we had to pay for their mistake. Utterly disappointed."

"This is a request directly to you Dr.Subbarayan. You are a good doctor but your business is going to get really affected if you don’t change the front desk staff. Even to get an appointment or even to know the time of availability, the answer is NO. If the front desk doesn’t want to work, she could leave this job so she doesn’t bring out her horrible attitude to your clients. Or at least take classes on hope to talk to people. There are other people who are willing to work or even have a job. I see most of your reviews are about your staff. So a sincere request to change the person especially attending the phone call or coach her to change her attitude."

"The doctor no doubt is every sweet, and listens to you. She will cater to your needs, take time to explain things. However the front desk staff is very unprofessional, and rude. They don't pick up the phone or let you talk to doctor about paperwork or blood testing. The front desk also goes over you blood report over the phone even though they don't have ANY medical experience."
