"For starters, I wouldn't write this review if the phlebotomist weren't so professional. She did a great job, quick and easy, she definitely knew what she was doing. I thought I scheduled an appointment for 7:40AM. Unfortunately when I tried to checkin they couldn't find my appointment. Maybe I didn't fill it out correctly. Anyway, I waited an additional 40min to get my blood drawn, but once I got in there it was a breeze!"

"I scheduled my appointment online and placed the requirements for insurance. I checked in via text as my preferred form to contact once I arrived at my scheduled time. The technician called my name as I was opening the door. She was professional, kind, and polite. She did what was needed for my tests from my doctor and I was out of Quest within 10/15minutes maximum. Thank you for a wonderful experience."

"Got up very early to go to my Quest office, it was crowded. I proceeded to get breakfast and proceed to my work location. While viewing other locations on Google maps and discovered another Quest office. It said schedule an appointment yet I proceeded. I arrived to find a welcoming staff and was told that appointments are primary yet the friendly phlebotomist said wait, it is a good day for you. I waited and had a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend this location yet make an appointment. Professional, Friendly and attentive to your personal needs."

"I was hesitant due to the reviews as this was my first time going to a Quest Diagnostics, but was glad that my experience was great. I had an appointment, fast checked in at the kiosk with appointment code. The person doing the bloodwork was very nice and conversational. I was in and out in 20 minutes."

"I truly don't understand how this location has such a low rating. I went there today, and couldn't have been more pleased. The waiting room is optimized for social distancing with few chairs, all more than six feet apart. There is also a large bottle of hand sanitizer on the counter for anyone who needs it. I had an appointment. I arrived about 10 minutes early, checked in, and was called back within two minutes. Ileana was absolutely amazing. She was so warm and friendly, skilled and professional. She worked quickly yet carefully. I felt nothing and had no bruising or bleeding afterward. Seriously, Ileana is the best. I used to go to a different location but after today, I will make Plainsboro my preferred location."
