"Unprofessional. Failed to copy a car key on the metal I brought in after it was cut, and blamed the metal was horizontal, which is such an obvious thing. The locksmith refused to admitted his mistake. I asked how it makes a difference, he said it’s too complicated for you to understand. I can see the blade is horizontal/vertical, and its metal not chip fob, if that makes a matter it should be spotted in first place. Reply to owner: Stop lying, we confirmed the metal part is the same. You said you are not sure about programming it but the metal part should work, that’t where we agree to give it a shot. You said you are not responsible for the fob if it doesn’t work, and you’re charging $95 no mater it works or not. I asked you to switch it around after you already failed to cut it, you refused anyways. Not professional first and now lying? Cool, have a good day."
