"Dr. Chandani Fernando is a horrible Physician. She does not have bedside manners. The office charges $134.91 for a greet and meet while I was under the impression of getting a physical. I also had critical lab results and no one has called me from the office to inform me how low my iron has been. The practice is not electronically functioning. They still use paper chart which I thought it was against the law. It’s a very old school Practice with horrible bedside manners. Dr. Fernando has a listening problem and she does not care for her patients. Please save yourself and do not go to a practice that does not call its patients with critical lab results."

"I have been seeing the physicians at this practice since 2012 and have been nothing but pleased with my care and overall experience. I rarely wait more than 5 minutes to be seen for scheduled appointments and they have been very accommodating when I have needed urgent care. "I must say I was surprise with the rude unprofessional service I recieve right off the bat when addressing the front desk in my greeting. I announce who I was and that I was a new comer for the first time to get a physical and the greeting was sit down I will call you, now I sat there for 15 minutes while other were coming in and being service saying this was their first time and I was shocked not knowing whether my race had something to do with it seeing I stood along in my culture. I revisited the service counter again to see why I was not called while other were being attended too right from the start and handed forms to fill out and I wasn't, the response was still very unpleasant and uncomfortable for me so I left."
