"I was there at 8Am for a blood drawing, and went in at 9:15, wait another 30 min then the nurse came to do the work… There are only 2 nurses in entire facility and they are not only need to be the receptionist at front and also need to do the lab work as well, the worst part is which customer gets to go in is up to the nurse at the front calls your name. I thought it is depends on the appointment you made but the people who walk in without appointments but checked in before you would mess up the line, and there is no terminal showing the wait queues, it is totally depends on the nurse who calls customer’s name, I witnessed one customer questioned the Indian nurse after 40 min wait, showing his confirmed appointment time at 8:21am to her and the nurse was mad at him and using her power to keep him waiting until the whole waiting room is empty.. (When I had my lab done at 9:45, I saw even the people came in after both of us got in, but that customer who had an argument with the nurse, and I feel bad for him) Looks like there is no structure at all of the scheduling system so I suggest you not to go to this location if possible"

"Although the staff was low the quality of care was pleasant. We walked in and were done with the blood work within 30 mins. A little patience can take us a long way."

"This place is clean and has ample space. Masks are required. The front desk lady is professional. The only problem is the awful black phlebotomist named Nadine. She has a cold personality and rude behavior. Honestly if they replace her this place would be better off. We had to get my one year old daughters blood work done and miss lady was lost in her veins with her needle. Girly was taking a whole tour in her arms trying to get blood. Can you imagine the pain a baby would go through? Well I know Nadine wouldn’t care to imagine. After that horrid experience, she walked around like what she did was totally great. Whoever the manager is, I beg you to actually watch her do her job so you can realize she needs to go."
