"Only have a birth control rx from Valerie Layne, refuses to help with any health problem. she wouldn’t even fill me a one time script for ANTI MOTION SICKNESS patch. As a type one diabetic with an A1c of 6.4% at the time , she said “she would like to see better” ….. She refused to let my mother in the exam room with me despite having seen her with my mom countless times years ago. she wrote in my notes that I was “irritable” but also how she sees my mother as her own patient, with her entire name spelled out. This is a blatant hipaa violation, I had to send visit notes to a provider in NH and had to redact it. The notes were full of incorrect diagnoses, incorrect surgical histories, and incorrect provider names. All she cared about was writing down the names of my 4 specialists and couldn’t even spell them correctly or get the names right. Doesn’t care about the patient experience at all. Her nurse Marianne is incompetent. Valerie is not a medical doctor, even If she has some advanced nurse practitioner degree, you can’t call her a medical doctor."

"Apprehensive in prescribing even antibiotics. Does not want to see any patients for recurrent issues and suggest they see specialist when that’s just not necessary. Also not the best bedside manners. Would not recommend her."

"Dr.Layne is an excellent physician and a very kind, friendly person. She is always patient and thorough. Takes time to evaluate and explain different options of treatments, as well as their probable outcomes. Her nurses are always nice too. Would highly recommend."
