"This poor excuse for a hospital is everything wrong with healthcare in America. After waiting forever with a 104 degree fever dripping in sweat I was triaged. The nastiest nurse you could imagine stabbed me in the nose with a swab and then asked me if I wanted to kill myself. Still getting bloody noses, so thanks for that. I was sent back to the waiting room for over an hour, delirious from pain, before an x-ray. Then they said they had no rooms and stuck me in the hallway on a chair with blood on it, and there were plenty of rooms. After more waiting a PA, not an actual Doctor, comes and asks me the same questions over and over while a nurse gave me a bag of just sodium chloride. They finally reveal I have pneumonia and make me wait again for antibiotics while leaving the empty bag attached to me. My arm is all messed up. The PA prescribed me such weak antibiotics that I did not get better at all and had to see another doctor. I was told I almost died, and the PA gave me antibiotics used to treat mild ear infections. I can’t see how anyone wouldn’t consider this malpractice. Go anywhere but here if you can. There were patients screaming and moaning in pain, begging for help, but they didn’t have insurance and were not treated right. Also some Jesus loving freak was there on staff telling people about addiction, great use of funds guys. I am ashamed this is emergency health in the supposed greatest nation in the world."
"I came here 6/30/24 at approximately 5pm. Front desk was friendly, the nurse that took me to the back was also friendly. The staff at this Hospital make you feel so comfortable!! I mean, I can't remember how many people asked me if I needed anything. They all smile etc. I had no phone charger, they got me one! When I went for surgery to have my appendix removed, the nurses explained everything in detail, and answered EVERY question I had. The surgeon's name is Dr. Prokurat, a phenomenal surgeon with an awesome attitude. He even made a few jokes to lighten the mood because I was a bit nervous. I woke up this morning and nurse Leah took over for another amazing nurse!! My experience here was 10/10!!!!! Professional, caring, funny and a very diverse staff which was cool too!"
"Save yourself time and go somewhere else. Was waiting on the ER waiting room for 8 hours before we got seen. The nurse in the back though was so nice and funny"
"I've had an awful experience here where I almost died because of an unknown allergy and the doctor assigned to me was cruel and cold. I've had my fair share of careless mean doctors that don't listen or empathize. I've avoided doctors for years now. This past Friday I fell down the stairs and had to go to the ER. Dr Larry was assigned to me and I'm so grateful he was. He listened, explained, and cared. He was patient, careful, and kind. He may not know but his kindness and consideration helped heal so much for me. He also prescribed me medicine that has helped tremendously with the injury I suffered. I am writing this review solely to say thank you to Dr Larry for restoring some faith in me and for taking care of me with care and kindness. I pray you are blessed and remain empathetic."
"I am unsure of how to put into words the disgrace of this “hospital” but I’m going to try. It is filthy. The staff has zero respect. They came into my room and said to lift my sleeve for an IV. .. for what sir ?? Absolutely no communication with patients. You can tell the staff got through school telling people what they wanted to hear, that’s if they even got through school. I wouldn’t be surprised if they did not have a real license. Waste of time, waste of money. Waste of resources for this place to be open. It would be cheaper to have a stand outside giving stickers to people because that’s about all they do inside, but with the wait, and cost to have you in a room. Absolutely shameful."
