"The lab runs versatile tests, from alcohol/drug screening to OneTest (multi-cancer test; patients for the latter are supposed to get the kit online). Small waiting room. The front desk staff seems to be quite oblivious of their patients/appointments, for we had to wait 10 minutes with a completely deserted front desk area. Only a knock on the front desk glass partition resolved the waiting."

"The people at the lab were very nice, efficient and gentle in giving the COVID19 test. I have had difficulty finding/getting documentation of my test to submit to my insurance. I contacted the lab with no response. Otherwise, the testing experience was fine."

I was able to schedule an appointment the day of, the whole testing process took 2 minutes, they test you right from the car, and I got my results in less than an hour. "If you are looking to get a test for Covid, a rapid test, this is the place to go. Not only are they professional, but they explain everything about the test, what it will detect and what it will not detect.. I had my test results within 30 minutes and although the test was negative I still had several questions. Denise was kind enough and patient enough to answer all of my questions. When I initially called JP explained the entire procedure. Xavier, when he came out to do the test helped me to fill out the paperwork that I was unable to complete on the computer. I realize it may be a little costly however it is worth every penny. You cannot put a price tag on the reliably of testing.
