"Same person as below review!!!!!!Billling issues with Dr. O. adds B.S care to bill. Insurance didn't cover now debt collectors won't stop calling. Talked to office about it, said they'll fix it but don't. Asked if my wife smoked cigarettes- 1 once in a while. Dr. O, Hands her a quit smoking packet. Charges us $76 for one question."

"After looking for a primary care provider once I left my provider of about 20 years, I chose this practice. On the day I chose them I left a message and my message was returned within two hours. Hailey called me and was very courteous, respectful, and took her time with me over the phone informing me of all I needed to know. I was able to get an appointment for the next day with the medical director Dr. Gertzman, as the doctor I wanted to choose, Kimberly Levitt was booked for the next few weeks. My visit from beginning to the end was the best doctor’s visit I have had in many years. I rarely go to the doctor, as I do not have underlying health issues. Everyone from the front desk to the nurse, Michelle, to the actual doctor’s visit and then being escorted out once I was done, was very impressive. I did not feel rushed, but truly cared for. "Dr. Levitt - Wonderful Doctor. Reception/Clerical/Billing - Horrendous. I respect Office's are busy. However, on two separate occasions we have called 5+ times within a day, left messages, and have received no phone call back. Today, they picked up the phone then immediately hung up. I wish it was a different experience the handful of times I have interacted with the Office because Dr. Levitt truly was a great Doctor. Unfortunately, in this Office you are merely a number being pushed along, not a person being treated. It's not worth the aggravation."
