"Horrible place, I went in for a chalazion removal, waited a while for doctor to show up then after the removal her assistant forgot i was waiting to be patched up and I could hear them talking outside my door, they only noticed me when they needed the room. I made a follow up they said they will call to confirm never did so I forgot then the chalazion came back the person on the phone goes “oh maybe she didn’t get the whole thing out” at this point I’ve had this for couple months & it’s annoying so I made the appointment once again nobody called to confirm, when I called to do so myself it took 3 times to get a hold of someone on the phone who was very rude & they had the audacity to tell me I will get charged again. So you admit you didn’t get the job done and you want to charge me again for your mistake? Save your time and money this place is horrible & you shouldn’t trust such rude & unprofessional people with your eyes."
"My wife was scheduled for surgery with Dr. Iftikhar Chaudhry at the surgery center in Hamilton, NJ. It was scheduled for 1:00 p.m. and we arrived at 12:27 p.m. to complete paperwork and be on time. At 1:30 p.m., we were notified that he was 45 mins late today and that there were still 4 patients ahead of my wife. A few of the staff members informed me that this is a normal occurance for him. I wish there was some formal complaint system for doctors who continue to treat their patients this way. He is listed as having offices at 7 different locations between NJ and PA. This seems to be excessive for one person to properly provide appropriate care and due diligents for hi or her patient."
