"I'm giving Dr. CHAVEZ SANTOS one star because is required, but the way that she handle patient care is very poor she deserves 0 stars. I went to see her for an annual check up and because wasn't feeling too good. After some test, I found out I have an infection, I was informed about my disease from a nurse call, never talked with Dr Santos about my condition or symptoms. Nobody explained the disease just gave me some antibiotics. I requested to speak with the doctor about my symptoms and pain but she denied to see me, the office medical assistant just let me know that I could go to the ER or take something over the counter. If you are looking for a doctor who cares about you and your health these is not the doctor that you are looking for. I never write reviews but I just want to share my horrible experience."
