"My daughter was entering high focus with a list of issues including self harm. She did 3 weeks of the partial program and 8 weeks of intensive outpatient. "After a bout of depression, our adolescent daughter was there for what are called full-day and half-day programs for 6-7 weeks. High Focus really helped her get back on track. The staff members are all very caring and responsive and are willing to help---they returned email and phone messages promptly. They were supposed to give us biweekly family therapy sessions, but they were gracious to give us weekly sessions. The classmates of our daughter were quite good. After being there, she was much better than how she was when she joined them. We are very happy with our experience with them."

"I would recommend this facility over other places in the area. I felt like all the clinicians really cared about everyone here. One aspect I liked was the LGBTQ+ group held once a week. When I first got assigned to Caleb as my individual therapist, I was a bit nervous because I had never had therapy from a man before. However, he is easily the best therapist I have ever worked with, out of the dozens I have encountered in my life. He is so positive, kind, upbeat, and really got through my darkest days during my time here. He is easily the best therapist at High Focus, although everyone else was very good as well. Overall, this place really helped me through a lot and I am thankful to have gone through their program!"
