"Always had to have a second dr in the room every time I went... I felt like a guinea pig or a science project.... Charged me for bloodwork my insurance failed to cover and didn't tell me it would be sent out. In addition I was told by Dr files I did notchave cluster migraines when I insisted I did and met all symptoms. He never asked me my symptoms and just said "oh you don't have them"....Dr files....I've been dx with them and I am medicated... minus another star. Do not recommend"

"I was a patient for over 20 years and I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Files himself. I'll never go back. My fiance went in to see him because of severe side effects that she was having from a medication she was on. He told her that she had let herself get unhealthy and had to get used to the heat. He left her there for the nurse to deal with her hyperventilating and passing out. He never came back in to check on her at all. A more in touch doctor has since realized that not only was she on the wrong medication but she had been misdiagnosed for 10 years. She is doing much better now. Good luck to all of his patients. Some of the doctors there are nice though."

"This office has been the worst to deal with. Not only is the staff the rudest, incompetent, and depressing people to deal with. But every time you call them with a question be prepared to talk to someone who is rude and nasty, they either don’t know the Answer or sound like they are on the verge of committing suicide. After speaking to any staff member here you will hang up waiting for a call back with your answer or you will be spoken to like you are a complete idiot. When you walk in the office you will be greeted with nothing but rude and disrespectful and depressing people who look and act like they hate their job. If you’re looking for a doctors office with a decent staff who don’t talk to you like you’re an idiot or to deal with people who simply do their job that they chose to have as a career then I highly suggest you skip this office."

"My Wife and I have been patients here for over 30 years. The entire medical office has been wonderful at every level. I was very sad to see some of the negative reviews but some people write negative product reviews because a delivery person kicks a box. So please evaluate fairly. This office helped with early detection of my Wife's cancer and complete survival for 5 years currently. This office has also helped me over the 30 years keep me healthy and out of the Emergency Room or Hospital. I love the entire team at Bucks Family Medicine for all of the dedication in a very difficult field with the public. I HIGHLY recommend this medical office."
