"Everyone is very nice. BUT and it's a BIG BUT...WAY OVER PRICED U need money upfront no questions asked.. Sorry to say way outta my pocket..and I even have 3,000.00 with my dental insurance plan...I still needed at least 3500 to 5000 more.. Granted I do have a lot of work to be done but they want all the money up front.. Well good luck who ever chooses to go here.. They are very clean ND very nice with very deep pockets ! "Had an emergency need for a tooth extraction and went to New Falls Dental Group. They were extremely helpful and saw me immediately. After an X-ray showed I needed an oral surgeon they prescribed me antibiotics and gave me a referral and followed up to make sure I was ok. Highly recommend them!"

"Absolutely HORRIBLE experience!!! Completely insensitive, uncaring and a huge rip off!!! I went in for an emergency appointment to have a bad tooth pulled! I was VERY clear about this when I made the appointment. They charged me $200 and did NOTHING!! They gave me a script for an antibiotic and advil and told me I would need to schedule an appointment to come back when the oral surgeon was there. What??? Why did they have me come in then? Just to take $200 from me and schedule an appointment? Absolutely horrible! I feel completely ripped off and taken advantage of. The dentist was rude and very insensitive. I would NOT recommend this place. Instead I went to Alpha Dental near the Oxford Valley Mall. They had no problem pulling the tooth and giving me the relief I desperately needed. They were kind, compassionate and caring…the complete opposite of New Falls Dental. New Falls Dental. You really should be ashamed of yourselves. You are the reason people hate going to the dentist. You stole $200 from me for absolutely nothing! Horrible, horrible experience! This review should have zero stars but unfortunately that was not an option."

"My first visit to New Falls Dental Group was great. The office is beautiful and has amazing equipment. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was very nice and did a great job. She was very gentle and made me feel very relaxed. The dentist was great also. I am looking forward to my next visit."
