"I am very satisfied with the treatment I received at this place. The nurses RUTH and NANA are angels who give more than their job demands. The cleaning team cleaned my room every day and made it extra fabulous. Thank you Stephenie Meldon and Sheri Krakt. To the therapy team; Tisha-physical therapy, Paula and Yolanda occupational therapy, Carol physical therapy, who were very professional, kind and always thinking of you as a person, not just another patient. LPN; Stephenie Poster, she was always attentive to the patients, giving 100% of herself. RN Jessica is very professional and kind. Laundry: The lady who collects dirty clothes every morning and in the afternoon distributes them to each room, thank you very much (I never knew her name). Kitchen and dining room; they always have time to serve the guests and maintain a food order and make us feel at home. TO ALL OF THEM, THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR MAKING A DIFFERENCE FOR PATIENTS IN THE DARK TIME, GUIDING US TO THE LIGHT. That place is excellent, but there is always something that stains a good place and the RN; Alice is that stain, since she prefers to watch Facebook on the night shift, than to attend to the patients."
"This place is cartoonishly horrible, it's honestly kind of impressive lol. My grandmother went here because she broke her arm in 3 places along with her shoulder. Strike 1: she was supposed to have a certain type of mattress that wouldn't mess with her shoulder and keep it from healing, but she got more of a cot than anything else. Strike 2: none of the staff seemed to know that she broke her shoulder/arm and kept trying to move it or grab her by the arm, which was super painful. Strike 3: they refused to give her anything for the pain for several days. We got her transferred as soon as we possibly could, but even then, it took a few days. If you're looking for somewhere better, try Juniper Village :)"
"My name is Meghan and I have been fortunate enough to have been working at Statesman for almost 3 years now. This building is more than just a job to me, the people here (residents/ co-workers) have become a family. When I first came to Statesman I was very early in my recovery, I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life, and I felt I had no place in this world I felt defeated and I seen no way out, and then Cindy decided to give me a chance. Cindy gave me a chance when no one else would! Working here has changed my life in so many ways. Coming here everyday has giving me so much confidence, and fulfillment. I found a new purpose within these walls. I will forever be grateful to Cindy and SaberHealth for giving me a chance to grow, for helping me find my place in this world and for becoming my family. β€οΈ"
"I began working for Statesman in January of 2022. On the day of my interview I did not have a baby sitter, but desperately need a job. When I got there with my 6 month old in arm the receptionist insisted she would take her so I could sit with HR! I knew right then and there this was the place for me! I was hired as a PCA and through the next year I struggled a bit with housing and a transportation. A program through my work that my administrator walked me throught the process and got me what I needed to ensure that my situation bettered. And it did! They also helped pay for me to become a CNA! & now in October I will be off to Nursing school with their help and them rooting me on. I am a better aide and better person because of this place. I feel so blessed to be a part of this team here. Sure, like every family under stress we can have tiny spats. I learned everything I learned as an aide in this building. My patients mean the world to me! My administrator works tirelessly to provide the facility with everything they need from more activities staff to making sure the building gets a make over! She is energetic and is always smiling! My HR woman is someone who's door is ALWAYS open to me for anything I need! And my DON is so understanding and cares about the people that work along side her. I am proud to be here and am thankful for all they have given me! Thanks Statesman!"
"I have been an employee of Statesman going on 2 years now. LOVE THIS FACILITY!! My coworkers are like family and the residents are wonderful. I have never seen a company work so hard to help their employees and residents the way Statesman does."
